Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while express shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please note that custom-made pieces require an additional 10-20 days for production.
Does the jewelry tarnish or change color?
Our products are finished with 5 times PVD plating to ensure durability. To maintain the shine, we recommend keeping your jewelry away from water, sweat, and chemicals like perfume.
What is your return and exchange policy?
