Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Center with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the jewelry in its original branded box and include all authentication cards and protective pouches.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
